Arthritis is a medical condition where any or many joints in the human body is inflamed or experiences pain and other such related problems. Usually the effected joints appear to be swollen, tender, warm or red. Around each joint, there is a slippery smooth substance known as a ‘cartilage’ to help the lubricant fluid, assist motion. In Arthritis, this cartilage is damaged somehow making the joint swollen and painful in motion.
